Well, she was stupid

I can't imagine wanting one to stay that small either...and to pay 5000 for one with a hernia? Most likely that poor baby will have other expensive health issues too. I hate when people keep bad breeders in business

For 5000, she could have gotten a show quality dog! Why anyone would pay $5000 for a pet quality dog is beyond me.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
