I get these too and migraines. I can't take prescription meds for them and have use Naproxn. My dr. said I could take 2 to start and If I don't get any relief...I can take another. If is it really bad...I just take the 3 right away. I also take ice packs to my forehead and for the migraines, on my neck.

I feel for you!!! Hope you get some relief!!!!
