New Skin has to be peeled off or let it wear of by itself. That sounds way painful. I would stick with the Neosporin for pain that you have bought. If the dr wanted to treat the little paws he would have to remove the New Skin first. Doesn't sound pretty. Best of luck with your baby, it sounds so hurtful.
