I am so so sorry for you..what an awful thing to happen and have to witness
..these accidents can happen in a heartbeat however vigilant you think you are..it just makes you realise how quickly they can happen and makes me all the more paranoid when I hear of these things happening...I'm not criticizing you in away..but..wow..you got another puppy the very next day? this worries me a little..you need time to get over the shock of this awful incident..where did you find your new baby? was she from the same breeder?
After losing my 14 year old yorkie last year it was 4 months until i got my pixie..I do agree that another baby does take your mind off the tragic events..but you need the time to grieve and heal before devoting your time to another baby. I wish you the goodluck with your new little one and I hope your heart will mend as quickly as possible...kind regards, kerry.
