Thank you. Yes, I quite agree. I tried to get some capstar to her and some Advantage. My friend said she would not accept it. Stupid woman! It isn't for her it's for the dog.
I am also of the opinion that she needs to be cared for and brought up to proper weight before the spay. But....since she will not bring the dog inside, she wants to get her spayed right off. She believes she knows what needs to be done but then, she's never dealt with such a tiny girl before.
I am thinking I may end up with her. I can't stand it that she is going to keep her outside.
