Are you sure she was 4 lbs?? That is a huge weight gain in 50 days.You should deffinately take her to the vet to have her checked. It may be too early for an Xray but your vet could feel her abdomen and determine at least if she's pregnant. Usually a dog like a yorkie will have a weight gain of of 8 oz per puppy...
