Just now seeing this but I suggest checking out WebMD.com. The first thing I would have suggested also was Fifth Disease but there's also a Sixth Disease that is just slightly different. I don't know but maybe the rash looks slightly different. I still think it's one of those and there is really nothing that can be done for them. If I remember right from when my kids were younger, this is something that has no "medicine treatment". There are quite a few things though that have a rash associated with it so check out WebMD.com to see if there are any pictures more similar to her's. Good luck!
