 pee and poop
Just to be sure, I'd take a warm cotton ball and gently wipe on their privates so they pee, usually that will stimulate them to poop. If they are not pooping it could back up and cause major infection. You might be surprised how much they poop so have plenty of cotton balls and do each one.
