I'd get this girl in good health before considering spaying. Get her weight up and rid of fleas, ticks, matts etc. Then re-evaluate the sway back, she may not be at all, once in her normal weight range for her bone structure and size. Weight on her will pull down the topline, it could correct on its own.
Either way I am glad she's been rescued.
