[Frans*lil*Bia*]

Today I was looking at Bia's hair and I noticed she is flakey everywhere. She doesn't scratch often so I don't think it itches her and I harley see the flakes in her hair, does anyone know why her skin looks like this? I use to put Conditioning spray on her after a bath but I stopped because she looked like a grease ball after, so I didn't think she needed it, seeing as her hair rarely gets tangled and I hate the greasy look! Should I go back to using it? I also give her a bath once a week because I can't take the smell when she plays in the dirt and grass after awhile. I was told by my vet to bathe once a month, but I just can't. So could it be I bathe her to much? Any advise would be helpfull, Thanks!
