My little Sneak Peek just went in for a routine dental and was "knocked out for that" and while he was "under" they pulled all 4 of his baby canines. All 4 of his permanent canines were fully in and the baby canines didn't budge at all when I tried to loosen them. They said it would be better for him for us to remove them while he was out than if we waited any longer. He was absolutely totally recovered from the entire ordeal in a matter of a couple of hours. Course he IS 9 months old.
