It has been a long time since I have had 2 Yorkies. It's nice being at this time in my life where I can spend more time with them.
Perhaps it is the puppy stage but....when they play with one another they can get a little rough with one another. Sometimes I will hear a squeal but it's very quick. I think one has bit just a little too hard. Both of them take their shots with each other equally so I don't see that one is trying to be the alpha and overpowering the other.
One other question - it seems that my single Yorkies slept earlier in their life, through the night. These two don't. THey are up every 4 hours. I think there are times where one wakes the other and visa versa. They sleep together in the same crate - perhaps I should put them in separate crates? I have always kept them together as I thought it would make them feel like they are back in a litter.
