You should definitely bring her to the vet because it sounds like an infection and can only get worse if not treated. When I got Keoki he had yeast in his ears- it was a musty smell and he itched them alot- The vet treated him with drops but it is very important to take care of it so if I were you I would bring her in on Monday so it does not get any worse.
