 To quit smoking.. again
anyone else here in the process of quitting? I had been smoke free for 4 stinking years.. and for some stupid reason I started again while at work. I was smoking on my breaks, probably just because its sociable. What I should have done was hung out with the smokers and not put one in my mouth. I thought I had control, I thought that I was still not a smoker.. guess what I am a smoker again. i get the cravings and I just have to have them. Soooo now I'm going to quit again. I bought my nicotine patches, thats what got me through it the first time. Wish me luck, and is there anyone that wants to walk down this road with me? Moral support is great. |
