This one was totally out of it's element, otherwise I would have probably let it be. It was be bopping around like it owned the place. LOL I'd be willing to bet that the one on the fence is injured, it isn't normal for a bird to just sit there like that, and unfortunately it probably is not going to live anyway. Nature is beautiful but also can be very brutal.
