The guy was indeed at fault. He backed up faster than I have ever seen anyone back up. He was 100% willing to help with the medical bills untill he realized how much they were. Now he is not. My mothers driveway is 1/4 of a mile long, and there is a turn around spot, but he decided to turn around the hard way (backing up, pulling forward, backing up, pulling forward.....and so on).
We are looking into sueing him for the cost of the medical bills and NO my mother would not sell him a pup. A lawyer did tell my mother that they are entitled to medical bills and loss wadges and pain/suffering. But They are just going for 1/2 of the medical bills.
Zeke is having a hard time getting around His pelvis is broke on the right and left side. And in the middle. So going potty is a chore for him. He'll be in a full cast for 8 weeks and then they'll take it off and see how it looks. Hopefully he is healed good enough to not have to have surgery on the left side.
