We found a baby bird outside of my sister's house a couple of months ago and didn't know what to do either. It just sat there chirping but otherwise didn't move. We did not want to touch it either. We gave it some time and then finally it flew away on its own. We thought it must have just stunned itself somehow.
Yours doesn't look stuck or anything in the fence. Maybe after a while it will just fly off. Is it dark out now or is it still a little light? Ours flew off finally right when it started to get dark out. |
