I was just coming back from taking the dogs for a walk and noticed a baby bird sitting in the fence in my backyard. It doesn't move when you come near it so I know it can't fly. I have NO clue how it got so high up... there's not even a tree directly over where he is. I know he's alive because he follows you with his eyes. I don't know what to do
Is there a wildlife rescue or something I can take him to? I know if I touch him the mother won't come back. What should I do??? I feel so bad for it
