I hurt my neck and it was the WORST! It bothered me off and on for over a year. I finally changed Drs. The first Dr gave me pain meds and did some injections in my neck that helped a little. The new Dr gave me something called "methylprednisolone." I think it is a steroid. It was a MIRACLE. I felt so good, it made me mad at the old Dr for not thinking of it. I had to take it again about 9 months later (5 day course). If you don't feel better soon be sure to ask about it.
