its a toughie because they are too cute! you need to teach the dog sit and stay... and give him something to do when peple come in... so he sits... he stays... and then let the people at the door approach him. You should probbaly find a willing friend who will practice for you. Do NOT open the door until the dog is sitting and staying. Although before you even start witht he door you need to be confident your pup knows sit and stay.
