aawwww! I know how you feel..I have a very old Laptop (I really need a new one!)..my hubby's cast-off! he bought a new one..and sometimes mines very slow..I'm not sure if its my old Laptop or the network that causes this..
sometimes i switch it off for a bit..that works sometimes!
I know how frustrating it can be!
