i think the *HONEY WHEAT* color may look really nice..
it will contrast against the grey interior.. but seems like it would tie in with the wood trim on the dash, steering wheel, etc. (but you would have a better judgement seeing the car in person..)
i would say the honey wheat or probably the herringbone (it seems to match well with the interior, and the different grey tones in the herringbone seem like they would match the interior color, texture, etc.)

..but check out the honeywheat and see if you think it would go well with the trim! i think it could look really nice!
(i think the parchment color may be too light?-and it would probably get dirty REALLY quickly!..
