Different lines develop at different rates so it is really hard to predict. Since his growth appears to have really slowed down it is possible he will not grow a lot more but he may still just fill out some. Most Yorkies do not fully mature until they are around 2 years old and then as they get older they get the middle aged spread. I have a 10 month old male that has really put on some weight since being neutered and nothing has changed in his diet and exercise routine. Your boy could possible top out around 5 lbs but is all depends on how fat he gets.
