Have they actually cultured whatever is in his ear? They could test for yeast. So the ear infections just keep coming back? What have used to treat it? Have they tried Entederm? That includes Nysatin which would also treat for yeast if it's there. Also, there are certain types of mange which can go undiagnosed for a long time...
