My vet NEVER gives Lepto to Yorkies!
She said that Lepto is necessary for hunting dogs (or other ones that are out in deep nature) and not for an indoor yorkies.
A friend of ours had a tiny (1.5lbs) yorkie that had the severe reaction to the Lepto vaccine and almost died. Her story convinced me not to take the chance with the Lepto vaccine.
As for the kennel cough vaccine, I have never heard of any problems with it? |
