It use to bother me too, now I just think that they don't know any better, but it's weird because the ones who think they have a "teacup" usually always end up weighing much more than the standard. By the way, Yorkies are part of the "toy" group and "standard" is 7 pounds and below. I just think there are so many things that are important besides just size, facial features, body structure, coloring, hair type, and of course the really important quality of health, and breeders who advertise "teacups" probably aren't into health screening.
