I took that picture last week on the day that he turned 5 months. Thanks for the comment on his coat He owns more hair products than I do. I will pass that information on to the person who mentioned the teacup thing. I guess I got a bit annoyed because they were trying to convince me that on there registry papers it says teacup on there, and the dog wont be more than 1lb as an adult and it's still a puppy

Toy is the smallest group of dogs. Teacup is more of a nickname and some people think that their 9 pound Yorkie is an "authentic teacup."

That site you linked is in Phoenix, I've never heard of the place, I don't think the dogs shown are very good representation of their breeds, but you can pretty much put anything on the Internet. Places like Yorkietalk help educate people on what to look out for.

Here is their answer to What is a Teacup?. "Teacup refers to a dog's size. There is no official definition but the general consensus is that a teacup dog is one that will be no more than 5 lbs. as an adult." Frequently Asked Questions Also "We get our puppies from small private USDA licensed breeders. The USDA regularly performs surprise inspections of these breeders to insure that the puppies are raised in a clean, healthy environment."
