It's gonna take some time, from my experience with 'new comers' it's right at the 2 weeks mark when the acceptance *starts* to take place.
The Yorkie needs to know that he is still your 'first', so you need to show him you attention first (feed, play, etc.) and then move your attention to the baby. This will show the Yorkie that he doesn't need to 'fight' for you or *his* place in *his* home. Always address HIM first, than the baby
It will work itself out and soon they will be happy together
