I went to target yesterday and saw a shirt for Paris. I had to buy it, it said "J'adore Paris" with the eiffel tower, sooo cute, anyways on the tag it said "XS for teacup breeds"

so, our toy breeds are being advertised by the media/clothing, etc. People see it and think that's the best way they can sell their puppies.

Every outing with Paris its the same conversation

"Oh, do you have a teacup yorkie?"

Me: "um, no, she's just smaller than you're normal yorkie"

"so, she's a teacup then"

Me:" Well, i'm 4"11, shorter than the average human, does that make me a teacup person? No, so everyone is just a different size, including other species in my case my dog"

it'll never change.

It's an image thing
I HAVE THAT target shirt and hat! Almost all the clothes there say teacup breeds. >:-(

what really annoyed me was that in the current issue of CosmoGirl! ( dont as why i have a subscription. lol it was free) Lindsey Lohan's Little sister is being interviewed and she took pics of her favorite things. In one pic she said this is my MICRO MINI Maltese and lists some ridiculously small weight. Micro Mini is the new teacup and teacup is the new fat it just keeps getting worse and worse
