I would start by cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide, then apply Neosporin or Bacitracin. Both contain antibiotics. You want to make sure it doen't get infected. If you don't see any improvement in several days, it might be worth a trip to the vet.

Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin and can be treated with an anti-fungal ointment. You can google "ringworm" and see if the pictures look anything like what is on Martini's head. If it is ringworm, you should be able to treat it yourself.
