It hasn't been very long for your older one to adjust...sometimes it takes a week or more. Understand the older one may not be interested in playfulness of puppy. Ramsey is 2 1/2...Reggie is 6 months...there are times when she does not want to play with him. If he continually bugs her....she lets him know. What sounds "mean" to you...isn't necessarily as rough as you perceive it. He's just letting him know.
I would still supervise them together and make sure yorkie doesn't feel displaced in the family. Feed yorkie first, yorkie gets greeted first, the first treat etc. Since yorkie sleeps on the couch...for the time being...the couch should be his alone.
It'll work out...just give it some time.
