it also sounds like your baby's tummy is irriated and the kibble may be too irritating for her now. I would feed her some boiled chicken breast and a little steamed rice and maybe a small amount of steamed veggies. Something more bland so the tummy can rest and heal from irritation. I am sure your vet will give you the direction you need but for now her tummy is not able to hold anything for long. and the poop is not a good thing either..I give mine a tiny tast of imodim ad (and I do mean just a tiny taste on the toung) and it clears it up...just like with you or me.

hope she gets some relief real soon...
