I thought the dogs are not barbie dolls statement was out of line though and I'm 99% sure the owner of Lucky on the judges panel has dressed her dog before -- she used to have some show, I can't remember the name of it, but it was a relationship show and she'd always have Lucky with her in his bag and I think I remember him wearing tee shirts.
She took him into restaurants even I believe all zipped up in his bag, so I don't see where she had room to criticize someone else.
I understand the need to see the dog, not the outfit, but they could have used more tact in what they were saying.
But truth be told, I don't really like the show -- I feel they make dog owners out to be kind of crazy and nutty. |
