We sold our house last year and moved "up" a little, but oh how I hated the process of selling the old one. Thanks for the congrats everyone. We move at the end of August or first week of September. I think our buyers want to move over the labor day weekend. The best news of all is that we got our price. We had calculated how much we were willing to come down on an asking price and that is what they offered us!
