You better believe this! The stud owner/s will look at the pedigree and the person that bred the dog and also the dog to be bred before considering. Yes, only the owner will give permission. Most likely Kirsten was just saying they had good rears and had 3 with them. She would always make you contact the owner/s and the owner do the breedings, not Kirsten. There will always be a tight contract to breed to such studs, which is underdstandable.
