I think describing her as
defective is harsh and unnecessary. As a pet goes she is just fine and may be the best companion you have ever had. Be as proud of her as you would be of any loyal friend, regardless of appearance.
The standard for breeding is very high, and should be. The fact that she didn't make it puts her in the majority of puppies born every year.
