On June 22, Mary Ann Stull of Connellsville, Pa, was going to be out for a few hours so she settled her 4 year old mix dog, Scooter in his outside kennel.
While she was gone, someone fed Scooter ground beef laced with ground glass shards.

An adopted puppy abused and caught on tape by a neighbor. Kudos to the neighbor!
Yvette Tapia of Albuquerque, MN, who was videotaped by her neighbor as she kicked, dragged, yanked and tossed her adopted puppy in the air was put on paid administrative. Employed as a secretary in the legal department at City Hall, when she went to work on Wednesday, she was asked to leave.
