Hello everyone, I just had a general question and I couldn't seem to find the answer! Are Yorkie's born with the ability to bark?? My 11 week old baby whimpers, but no barking. I can't say I'm complaining (lol) but I am just wondering at what age do they usually start barking? Thanks in advance!
