I think you should talk to the foster mom and the rescue group and find out as much info as you can on this baby. ask if theyve taken her to the vet, and ask about her vet/health record and if theyve tested her for any problems... ASK if there are any problems. I doubt there is because they would have mentioned it (they always do with rescues so you know what youre getting into). I dont think 575 is outrageous as ive been getting these notices on and off for a year from different rescues in florida and I havent seen a purebred yorkie puppy go for less than 500
