If you look closely, you can see sores on the puppy's head.
Poor little baby. I hate that people can be so cruel to keep them in these conditions just for a profit.
It is so hard to leave them but you know you are doing the right thing because if you were to get him, they cycle would just keep continuing. It just breaks my heart.
