This, I believe, is what has prompted Roxy to jump over the gate...starting yesterday. This was with a 24" baby type gate that she could get her feet up in. So I went and bought a metal gate that is 30" tall and only has vertical bars...she still jumped over!!!! I don't want her to hurt herself when jumping, plus I don't trust her loose in the house yet. Hopefully now that our garage door is fixed, she won't want to jump over the gate to see where we are...but has anyone else had a similar problem? How did you fix it? |
gidget jumps the gate inside.. no problem.. but when she jumped the 3 foot fence outside, that was a problem.. then sampson jumped the outside fence.. so i had to get a higher fence..
get a higher gate
