I agree...raising her tail like you describe indicates she's receptive. I'm kind of puzzled why you haven't noticed any bleeding yet. Since she's in a diaper, you should have seen it. Is her vulva swollen? A female isn't receptive until about the 10th day of her cycle so there should be visible signs of heat. I've had some of mine display behaviors like the mating ritual without the girl being in heat. I think any change in a female's odor sets some males off but when I see anything like that, I make sure to keep them separated until I know for sure. It's like if you think they're pregnant, treat them as if they are. Same thing with heat...if you think they're in heat, treat them as if they are.
