You've always tried to keep the peace and this is very surprising!!! You're one of the sweetest people that I know! Don't worry about what other people say. People WILL talk and there's nothing you can do about that. They'll get over it and move on!
People can label me whatever they want and you know what? I don't give a rat's ass! I know what I am and many others know how I am. Am I going to sit and stew over negativity? No and neither should you! You have lots of friends and people that care a great deal about you. I don't know everything that was said but put it behind ou and move on. And yes, you are laid back AND I GOT YOUR BACK!
