I do know that this particular breed is prone to eye problems. The little dog is way too tiny. Your friend could be in for a lot of pricey vet bills. I would ask the breeder if the dog has seen a vet recently, and if there is a health clearance. I do not think that your friend is going to want to bring home a dog who is riddled with health issues, no matter how much she wants the animal, she needs to consider these important factors .
