 Teddy goes on a diet
Teddy has been on Orijen for about a year,and today he went for his yearly check-up and his booster and he was a little on the heavy side - 11 pounds!! He is half maltese and half yorkie and is a big boy - ususally 10 pounds. We walk every day and play, but the vet suggested he lose some lbs. I'm not sure id I should change food, decrease portions (he doesn't even eat the full amount recommended), or what? He doesn't get many treats at all - maybe one or two tiny zukes treats a day. Any advice would be really appreciated. |
