I think you may need more help than most of us can give, I do know that you are never to baby them when they act anxious, this just reinforces their feelings of fear. Since this goes against our natural way of behaving it takes some real effort on your part to overcome this, and the OCD definitely complicates matters. Desensitivity training can be very helpful, but it does require specific steps in order to be effective.
