Okay - so the first dose of revolution was Monday and this morning was awful for her...do you think it's not working?
Have you heard of introducing Apple Cider Vinegar in the diet to help with the yeast?
If it is in fact the systemic yeast infection (pray it isn't!!), I would rather fix this issue naturally or holistically - no more damn antibiotics! The poor thing has been on medicine for Coccidia then Giardia (which by the way was misdiagnosed but medicine was given anyway), then the yeast in the ears, not to mention all the freakin' vaccines.
