Mine is that way during the hot part of the day, but she loooooooooooves to go for a nice long walk early of a morning before it gets too hot. We also take a walk late of an evening when it is about dark, although, it isn't as cool then. I feel it is important that they get exercise, because it helps keep their organs working properly and keeps them slimmer and in better shape.
