The itching started about a month ago and can't figure out why. Do you think dust mites bother the dogs?
Anyway - so the itching started and at first I thought it was dry skin because I was dipping her in the tub a couple times a day during a bad heatwave we were having at the time.
She's on Frontline for fleas but I've never seen one on her or in the house so that's not it.
As far as her diet: boiled chicken, rice, Wellness dry food, sweet potato puree...vanilla yogurt, applesauce, Veggie treats (Apple and Chicken) from Whole Foods.....and the occasional Utz potato chip
I've read a few other threads where their Yorkies are simply itchy - no diagnosis, just itchy.
I just feel so bad for her - this morning she was crazy about it and she eventually coughs a bit because she's really biting and (i think) restricting her breathing while doing so!
I want to help her!!
She had the first dose of Revolution on Monday and I'm supposed to give the second on the 28th.
