I purchased this raincoat for Buddy a while ago and he wore it only 2x.
It's alittle small on him but I waited for 6wks because it was on back
order and just never sent it back.
I paid around $42.00 for it and love it but he can't wear it

Bud weighs 16lbs so it would fit good on a pup around 10-14lbs.
